About Hops and Vine

Brothers-in-law and avid beer and wine aficionados Neville Betts and Shaun O’Connor wanted to share their passion so they enlisted family and local craftsmen to restore a very old building.

Welcome to Hops and Vine at the Kinlyside Hall, Victoria St, Hall not far from Gunghalin and Belconnen!

An modest structure in the main street of Hall Village, the circa 1900 building has had many uses: wheelwright’s shop, dance hall, picture theatre and antique shop to name a few.

The 116 year old heritage building, which has had family connections from the day it was built, now has a new life as a unique wine and craft beer destination that also stocks a great range of local products including selected gourmet food stuffs and gorgeous gifts for any occassion.

We pride ourselves on holding fabulous events and bringing people together over great wine, beer, spirits and food.

Come and say hi, share our knowledge and passion for the best things in life.

Opening hours are Friday to Saturday 11am – 7pm and Sunday 11am – 5pm.
