What to expect
In this “express” class, you will learn how to make yoghurt labne, mascarpone and cream cheese. Our workshops are hands on, as we believe that the best way to learn is by doing.
What students will get
This class includes a cheese platter featuring homemade cheeses and tastings of delicious local wines. At the conclusion of the class students will take home marinated labne, a cream cheese log, a mascarpone dessert and set of comprehensive, easy to follow notes.
What students should bring
An appetite for the artisan life of cheese making! Wear comfortable enclosed shoes, short or tight fitting sleeves and have long hair tied back. A cool bag and an ice brick to take cheeses home in. Consider bringing purse/wallet as cheese making cultures will be available for purchase on the day.
